VIJAYPUR, Mar 18: To commemorate World Water Day 2026, the Ecoclub in collaboration with the Department of Environmental Sciences at Government Degree College Vijaypur organized a vibrant Poster Making Competition. The event centered on the global theme "Water and Gender" and was anchored by the inspiring slogan "Where Water Flows, Equality Grows."
The initiative aimed to sensitize students to the intersectional challenges of water scarcity and its disproportionate impact on women and girls, while highlighting how sustainable water management can foster social equity.
