NEW DELHI, Mar 30: Varsha Bansal has taken over as the sixth chairperson of FICCI FLO Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh (JKL) chapter.
The Change of Guard took place in Delhi during the 42nd Governing Body meet, a two-day event that marked a significant leadership transition within FLO. The ceremony reflected the enduring spirit of: Power to Empower, symbolising continuity, collaboration, and the collective commitment towards fostering women's leadership and entrepreneurship. Since its inception, FLO JKL has emerged as a dynamic force in advancing women's economic empowerment through focused initiatives in entrepreneurship, skill development, and leadership development. Under Varsha Bansal's leadership, the chapter will continue to build on this strong foundation while further deepening its impact. At the heart of her vision lies a powerful belief: "When a woman rises, the community rises." "Guided by this philosophy, the focus for the year will be on the holistic upliftment of women, strengthening existing initiatives while fostering new collaborations, building meaningful partnerships, and creating greater opportunities for growth," said Varsha soon after taking over charge of FLO. |
