| Free Text Books, uniform shoes distributed among SKK Divyangjan | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 1: At a simple function held in the premises of the J&K Samaj Kalyan Kendra, free text books and black shoes were distributed among students of the School for Hearing Handicapped, from nursery to tenth class. Parents of the students were also present.
The President K B Jandial along with other office bearers distributed among the students. The General Secretary J K Vaid, Treasuer MD Sharma and V K Padha were among those present on the occasion.
These text books and shoes were donated by Rohan Chopra of Billawar. He has been a regular donor to the Divyangjan and has promised to contribute more in near future.
The Principal Roshan Bhan and other staff members were also present.
The President expressed profound gratitude to the donor Rohan Chopra for helping these Divyangjan who come from from econimically poor and lower middle class. The Parents also thanked the donor and the authorities of the Samaj Kalyan Kendra for this noble gesture. |
