| KPIs performance of MGNREGA staff reviewed at Kishtwar | | |

KISHTWAR, Apr 4: Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Kishtwar Manoj Kumar, who is also Additional District Programme Coordinator (ADPC) under MGNREGA, convened a comprehensive review meeting to assess the progress under the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of MGNREGA, PMAY-G and other developmental schemes. The ACD reviewed the progress and performance of different blocks with regard to the KPIs and emphasized the need for timely achievement of targets and strict adherence to the prescribed guidelines.
A detailed performance appraisal of the MGNREGA supporting staff was also undertaken at the meeting. The ACD assessed the Annual Performance Reports (APRs) of the staff and directed the Block Development Officers (BDOs) to furnish the APRs of the concerned officials strictly as per the prescribed format and taking into account their performance under the notified KPIs.
The meeting was attended by Block Development Officers, Assistant Engineers, Panchayat Secretaries, Junior Engineers, MIS Operators and Gram Rozgar Sahayaks of the respective blocks. |
