JAMMU, Apr 4: Janipur Police has presented the challan in connection with FIR No. 104/2023 before the Hon'ble Sub Judge, Jammu, against the accused, namely Gagandeep Singh S/O Baldev Singh, resident of House No. 4, KC Colony, Preet Nagar, near CRPF Camp, under the relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS).
As the accused is absconding, the Hon'ble Court has initiated proceedings for trial in absentia under Section 356 BNSS, as per law.
The investigation in the case stands completed and all legal formalities have been duly complied with. |
