Early Times Report JAMMU, Apr 14: Fulfilling his commitment to grassroots development, MLA Bahu, Ch. Vikram Randhawa today started the construction of lanes and drains in Ward No. 5 of Raipur, Jammu Cantonment Board, reinforcing his agenda of visible and result-oriented governance. The work was initiated in the presence of Bharat Bhushan, Vice Chairman, Cantonment Board Jammu, along with Sahil Mahajan (Mandal President), his team, and other local representatives. Addressing the gathering, MLA Randhawa said that he is committed to transforming every corner of the constituency and ensuring that no area is neglected. He emphasized that basic infrastructure like roads and drainage is not a luxury but a right of every citizen. He further stated that under his leadership, long-pending issues are being resolved at a fast pace, bringing real change on the ground. He assured the public that development works will continue in all wards with equal priority. The residents appreciated the initiative and expressed confidence in the MLA's proactive approach towards solving public issues.
