Jammu, Apr 27: PDUNASS organised a five day training program - “ Code Social Security, Communication, Facilitation and Decision Making”. Rizwan Uddin addressed the Trainees Officers on “Communication, Facilitation and Decision Making” through experiential learning gained in J&K and other field Offices. Some instances where deceased member’s families were facilitated through consistent and proactive support. This helped EPFO build an image in J&K and Ladakh. A need for quality service delivery was emphasised in the sessions. Examples of J&K and M P were shared with Officers to help them realise that effective communication can be of great use to settle the issues, which otherwise remain pending. |
