| GDC Ramgarh organizes Road Safety Awareness Programme | | | Early Times Report
RAMGARH, Apr 30: The Road Safety Club of Government Degree College (GDC) Ramgarh organized a Quiz Competition under the patronage of the Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Meeru Abrol. The event aimed to educate students about crucial aspects of road safety and encourage them to adopt responsible behavior as drivers and citizens.
Dr. Shivali Panjgotra, Convener of the Road Safety Club, extended a warm welcome to all the attendees. In her address, she underscored the pressing need to sensitize young minds about road safety and responsible conduct on the roads. She highlighted that with the increasing number of vehicles and rising road accidents, awareness and adherence to traffic rules have become more crucial than ever. Emphasizing the role of educational institutions in shaping responsible citizens, she noted that interactive and engaging platforms such as quizzes not only enhance knowledge but also encourage active participation and retention of important safety practices.
