RAMBAN, May 9: A piping ceremony was held at District Police Headquarters Ramban on 08-05-2026, wherein newly promoted police officers and officials were formally adorned with their new ranks. The promoted officers/officials included SI Nawaz Ahmed, ASI Bhag Hussain, SgCt Basharat Hussain and SgCt Zahoor Ahmed.
During the ceremony, SSP Ramban Sh. Arun Gupta, JKPS pinned the ranks to the promoted officers/officials in the presence of DySP Headquarters Ramban Waqar Butt and DySP DAR Ramban Kuldeep Kumar.
Speaking on the occasion, the SSP Ramban congratulated the promoted personnel and appreciated their dedication, sincerity, hard work and commitment towards professional duties. He expressed hope that the promoted officers/officials would continue to discharge their responsibilities with greater zeal, honesty and professionalism and work with utmost dedication in the service of the department and the general public. |
