BUDGAM, June 2: As part of the calendar of activities, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Budgam conducted an inspection visit to the Legal Aid Clinic at Soibugh Daharmunah, Budgam.
The inspection was carried out under the supervision of O.P. Bhagat, Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Budgam. The primary objective of the visit was to assess the functioning of the Legal Aid Clinic, evaluate the accessibility of legal aid services to the public, and review the availability of infrastructure and furniture at the clinic. During the inspection, the Secretary interacted with the Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs) posted at the clinic and inquired about the number of aid seekers visiting the centre, the nature of grievances brought before them, and the assistance and remedies being provided. She also reviewed the infrastructure and facilities available at the clinic for the effective discharge of duties. |
