Early Times Report JAMMU, June 20: To celebrated the 44th anniversary of World Music Day & 12th International Yoga Day, & to promote the traditional culture of J&K, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan in close coordination with Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India presented Musical Cultural programe on the theme 12th International Day of Yoga is "Yoga for Healthy Ageing." The focus highlights yoga's role in promoting longevity, mobility, and holistic wellness at all stages of life & World Music Day does not have a single, globally mandated official theme, but regional events and campaigns focus on core messages like "Music connects people beyond Boundaries, Cultures, and Languages". The day is driven by the spirit of artistic freedom, community, and the universal celebration of sound at National College of Computer Education , Janipur, Jammu. The Program was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Sh.V.K.Magotra, former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India. Among the Guest of Honors present were Dr. Anju Kumari Dogra, Health Department Jammu , Mr. Mukesh Singh , Media Press Reporter & Sh. R.P. Amla, Assisted the Concert. The day commemorated as well with sole aim of rejuvenating the traditional , Primitive Folk, Art, Culture of J&K Region in particular and Indian nation in general awareness items. The Specially items prepared on the theme " Nasha Mukat ho Desh Humara " , " Lag ja Gale Fir ye raat Haseen ho na Ho " , " Tandrustri hazar Niyamat Hai ", " Jammu Sada Dogra da shear je", " Kalyan Kawa " , "Hum sab ko mil kar kasam ek khani hai " , Nukkad, Skits ,Songs and Dances were presented to aware the masses. |
