UDHAMPUR, June 20: In view of the NEET (UG) Re-Test scheduled on 21 June 2026, a mock drill was conducted today at both examination centres in Udhampur district to review preparedness and ensure seamless conduct of the examination.
The exercise was jointly supervised by the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur, and the Additional Superintendent of Police, Udhampur. Security arrangements, traffic management plans, access control measures, frisking procedures, and other essential arrangements at the centres were inspected and reviewed.
The deployed police personnel were briefed on the Do's and Don'ts of examination duty, with emphasis on maintaining vigilance, ensuring smooth movement of candidates, preventing unauthorised access, and upholding the sanctity of the examination process.
All arrangements were found to be in place, and necessary instructions were issued to the concerned officers for the smooth, secure, and incident-free conduct of the examination. |
