Mental health is how we feel inside our thoughts, emotions, and how we handle stress We are talking about physical fitness like it’s a personality trait, but when there is a person who admits that they are hitting rock bottom mentally, the room goes cold. We’ve built a culture that celebrates the grind while ignoring the mental collapse it causes. We need to stop treating mental health like a secret and make it top priority. The real issue isn’t just that people are struggling.. It’s that we act like it’s normal. We live in a world where everyone is continuously stressed out and tired, and people like us just accepting it’s the part of our living hood. This makes it even harder to get real support because everyone is too busy pretending they are fine. We are not just ignoring the problem, we are literally teaching everyone to keep quiet about it. When people don’t get help early on this, small problems can turn into huge crises that are going to affect everything : school, friendship , and even physical health. It’s not just about feeling sad sometimes, it is about how our mind affects our entire lives. If we don’t start taking this seriously now, we’re just making bigger problems for ourselves in the future. Conclusion: Awareness is about changing how we treat each other. It means listening when someone is struggling instead of judging them or telling them to just get over it. Mental health is just part of being human instead of feeling ashamed we should start sharing our thoughts or emotions with other. |
