BANDIPORA, July 2: The first batch of Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra (SANJY)-2026 pilgrims received a warm, traditional welcome at the Shadipora Transit Camp on Thursday, as Deputy Inspector General of Police, North Kashmir Range, Dr. Vinod Kumar; Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, Indu Kanwal Chib; and Senior Superintendent of Police, Ajaz Ahmad Zargar, greeted the yatris with flowers and good wishes for a safe and spiritually fulfilling journey.
The officers interacted with pilgrims, enquired about their well-being, and reaffirmed the District Administration's commitment to a comfortable, hassle-free pilgrimage. |
