JAMMU, July 6: The Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha has once again extended its support to pilgrims undertaking the annual Shri Amarnath Yatra by organising its 13th Free Langar and 15th Registration Service, reaffirming its commitment to serving devotees with dedication and devotion. Speaking on the occasion, Sabha President Ramesh Gupta said the organisation has been providing uninterrupted services to Amarnath pilgrims for several years and considers it a matter of privilege to serve the devotees of Lord Shiva. “Our sole objective is to ensure that every pilgrim visiting the holy cave shrine receives all possible assistance with comfort and dignity. The free langar and registration services are part of our continued commitment to social and religious service,” Gupta said. He informed that the Sabha has made elaborate arrangements to facilitate pilgrims by providing free registration assistance and wholesome meals throughout the yatra period. Dedicated volunteers have been deployed to ensure smooth management of the facilities and to guide devotees visiting the camp. Gupta said thousands of pilgrims from different parts of the country benefit from these services every year. “The response from devotees has been overwhelming over the years, which inspires us to continue expanding our service initiatives. Serving yatris is a sacred duty, and our volunteers perform it with complete devotion,” he added. Appealing to the public to support the initiative, Gupta urged members of society to contribute towards humanitarian and religious causes and participate in voluntary service during the pilgrimage. |
