VIJAYPUR, July 9: A ceremonial pipping function was organized at the Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI), Vijaypur, to honour police personnel who were recently promoted under the orders issued by Police Headquarters, J&K. The ceremony was presided over by Shri Ranjit Singh Sambyal, IPS, Principal, PTTI Vijaypur, who formally pinned the new ranks on six promoted police personnel in the presence of Gazetted Officers and staff members of the institute. Addressing the gathering, the Principal congratulated the promotees on their well-earned elevation and emphasized that promotion carries with it greater responsibility, leadership, and commitment to public service. He urged them to discharge their duties with the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, discipline, and dedication while upholding the values and traditions of the Jammu & Kashmir Police. SI Susheel Kumar - Promoted to Inspector
ASI Vijay Kumar - Promoted to Sub-Inspector
ASI Rashid Mohd - Promoted to Sub-Inspector
Sgct Subash Chander - Promoted to Head Constable
Sgct Mastan Singh - Promoted to Head Constable
