| Indian Army conducts awareness lecture on Govt Healthcare Scheme at Pallanwala | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, July 11: Indian Army, facilitated an awareness lecture on the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY) SEHAT Scheme for local villagers of Pallanwala. The session was conducted by Ex-Serviceman Nb Sub Gulbadan (Retd), who sensitised the participants about the healthcare benefits, eligibility provisions and treatment facilities available under the scheme. The lecture aimed to ensure that residents, particularly those belonging to remote and border areas, are able to access essential healthcare services and avail themselves of the benefits provided by the Government. The villagers actively participated in the interaction and sought clarification regarding registration procedures and access to empanelled healthcare facilities. The initiative promoted healthcare awareness and encouraged the local community to make effective use of the scheme. The event reaffirmed the Indian Army's unwavering commitment to the welfare and empowerment of border communities.
