Amar Singh Club, Jammu organises launch of "The Balencian Diet" - A World-Class Health & Weight Management Programme

JAMMU, July 21: Under the guidance of Shri Ramesh Kumar, IAS, Divisional Commissioner, Jammu and Vice President of Amar Singh Club, the Honorary Secretary, Mr. Vijay Saraf, along with the Executive Committee of Amar Singh Club, successfully organised the launch of "The Balencian Diet", a world-class programme on health and weight management, in association with Balencian Life and Procafa Nutrition at the Club Auditorium on Monday, 20th July 2026.
The programme was conducted by renowned wellness expert Vicrant Mahajan, who shared valuable insights into the importance of balanced nutrition and healthy living. During his presentation, he explained how the Balencian Diet helps reduce unhealthy body fat, achieve and maintain an ideal body weight, manage lifestyle-related health conditions, improve mental well-being through proper nutrition, and support individual fitness goals, including developing a healthy physique.
The session received an overwhelming response from Club members and distinguished guests, who appreciated the scientific, practical and easy-to-follow approach towards healthy eating. Participants described the programme as highly informative and inspiring, stating that it had enhanced their understanding of the importance of a balanced diet and its long-term benefits for physical as well as mental health.
Addressing the gathering, Vijay Saraf, Honorary Secretary, Amar Singh Club, urged members to make healthy eating a part of their daily lifestyle. He emphasized that a balanced diet is one of the most effective ways to prevent lifestyle diseases, improve overall well-being and enjoy a healthier life. He also remarked that greater awareness of healthy living among the younger generation can play an important role in steering them away from drug abuse and other harmful addictions.
The members wholeheartedly appreciated the initiative and expressed their desire that such health awareness programmes should be organised regularly at the Club for the benefit of members and their families.
The organisers also acknowledged the valuable guidance and continuous encouragement of Shri Ramesh Kumar, IAS, Vice President, Amar Singh Club, whose vision and support have inspired the Club to organise meaningful programmes promoting health, fitness and social well-being.
