SRINAGAR, Aug 5: Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, along with the officers and staff of the Office of the Chief Secretary, has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Manzoor Ahmad Sheikh, Head Multitasking Staff of the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service, who passed away in the early hours today. Sheikh was presently posted in the Office of the Chief Secretary, where he discharged his duties with exemplary dedication, sincerity and an unwavering sense of responsibility. Known for his humility, discipline and courteous disposition, he earned the admiration and affection of all those working with him. Expressing heartfelt condolences, the Chief Secretary said that Sheikh's untimely demise is an irreparable loss to the Secretariat fraternity. He recalled his selfless service and appreciated his unwavering commitment to duty, which reflected the highest standards of dedication and integrity.
On this occasion the officers and staff of the Office of the Chief Secretary also expressed deep sorrow over the loss of their colleague.
