Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 22: FICCI FLO Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh (JKL), in collaboration with Luxuries of Kashmir, hosted the fourth edition of its flagship lifestyle exhibition, Vibrant Verve Season 4, at KC Regalia, Jammu. Curated as a special Rakhi Edit, the exhibition brought together 45 exhibitors from across India, showcasing fashion, lifestyle, handicrafts, gifting, homegrown brands and festive products.
Continuing its focus on entrepreneurship and social impact, Vibrant Verve provided a platform for women entrepreneurs, artisans, Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and emerging businesses to gain visibility, access new markets and build business connections.
A key highlight of this year's edition was the Amazon onboarding initiative, enabling participating entrepreneurs to explore digital commerce and expand their market reach. NABARD, Unnati Stores and SHGs from Samba also participated, bringing grassroots and women-led enterprises into the larger lifestyle marketplace.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Ms. Babila Rakwal, Commissioner/Secretary, Science and Technology Department, Government of J&K, as Chief Guest. Ms. Shinei Sharma, Regional President, AWWA, Northern Command, and Ms. Ansuya Jamwal, Additional District Magistrate, Jammu, were also present along with other dignitaries and guests.
FICCI FLO JKL continued its association with AWWA, with dedicated AWWA stalls at the exhibition, further strengthening its commitment to creating opportunities for women-led enterprises.
Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Varsha Bansal, Chairperson, FICCI FLO JKL, said:
"Vibrant Verve has always been about more than a lifestyle exhibition. With Season 4, we wanted to bring together celebration, commerce and social impact. The Rakhi Edit showcased the diversity of entrepreneurs from across India, while our collaborations with Amazon, NABARD, Unnati Stores, SHGs from Samba and AWWA helped create greater visibility, access and opportunity for women-led enterprises."
MSME Approval Under PMS Scheme for Third Consecutive Year
A significant milestone for the fourth edition was MSME approval under the PMS (Procurement and Marketing Support) Scheme for the third consecutive year. The approval further strengthens Vibrant Verve's position as a platform supporting MSMEs, artisans and entrepreneurs by facilitating visibility, market access and opportunities to showcase their products.
Ms. Varuna Anand, National Initiative Head - Textiles & Handicrafts, said:
"The approval of Vibrant Verve under the MSME PMS Scheme for the third consecutive year is a significant recognition of the platform's consistency, relevance and growing impact. For MSMEs, artisans and women-led enterprises, platforms such as Vibrant Verve go beyond showcasing products-they create meaningful opportunities for visibility, market access, networking and sustainable business growth. We are proud to continue building a platform that encourages women entrepreneurs to explore new markets, leverage available government support and take their enterprises to greater heights."
The exhibition was supported by the FICCI FLO JKL core team, including Ms. Ritu Singh Kuvrani, National Initiative Head - Visual Arts; Ms. Ruchika Gupta, Past Chairperson; Ms. Aarti Chowdhary, Immediate Past Chairperson; Ms. Rupika Sahai, Senior Vice Chairperson; Ms. Sona Mehta, Vice Chairperson; Ms. Shipra Agarwal, Treasurer; Ms. Pooja Dewan, Secretary; Ms. Tanisha Palan, Joint Treasurer; and Ms. Deepti Gandotra, Joint Secretary, who were present and contributed to the successful execution of the exhibition.
With its continued focus on women's entrepreneurship, market access, local enterprise and social impact, Vibrant Verve continues to strengthen its position as a distinctive platform connecting Jammu with entrepreneurs, artisans and brands from across India.
