CHANDIGARH, Aug 23: As part of the Nationwide Retail Credit Outreach Campaign, Central Bank of India, Chandigarh Region organised a Retail Credit Outreach Programme at CII Northern Regional Headquarters, Chandigarh, under the guidance of S. K. Singh, Zonal Head, Chandigarh Zone. The programme was graced by Kavita Thakur, Corporate CGM, while K. D. Pandey, Chief Guest and Assistant Commissioner, Government of Punjab, attended the programme and interacted with the participants. The customer-centric programme offered In-Principle Loan Approvals, Retail Loan Sanctions & Guidance, URC, Social Security Schemes, Re-KYC/CKYC, "Aap Ki Punji, Aap Ka Adhikar" and Tab-enabled Account Opening facilities. Customers were briefed on various banking and retail loan products, with special emphasis on Home Loans, Vehicle Loans and Gold Loans, along with the benefit of Nil Processing Charges. The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation of 100+ retail customers from branches across Chandigarh Region. The programme received an encouraging response, with meaningful customer interactions, positive feedback and valuable suggestions. The event provided an effective platform for customer engagement, business development and strengthening the Bank's retail loan portfolio, reaffirming Central Bank of India's commitment to providing accessible and customer-centric banking solutions. |
