| Inter Zonal District Level Competition of Basketball U-14/17/19 Yrs girls held today | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 29: Inter Zonal District Level Competition of Basketball U-14/17/19 Yrs. girls held today at MA Stadium Jammu and Inter Zonal District level Football U17 Yrs. boys continued today at Khel Gaon Nagrota Jammu.These competitions providing a platform for young players to showcase their talents and vie for the victory in this esteemed competition.
These competitions are being organised under the patronage of Director General Youth Services and Sports JK UT Smt. Anuradha Gupta (JKAS) under the guidance of Joint Director Youth Services and Sports Jammu Sh. Inderjeet Singh (JKAS) and under the overall supervision of DYSSO Jammu Sh. Sukhdev Raj Sharma.
DYSSO Jammu appreciated the participants and guides them to play with team spirit and dedication to achieving their goal. He advised the competitors to compete with sportsmanship and spirit to show their best.
These competition are being conducted by experts of the department including Ajay Kumar, Rohit Gupta, Taranpal Singh, Varinder Singh, Rakesh Singh, Naveen Singh, Jyoti Sharma, Vajinder Pal Kour, Maheep Singh Rajesh Bnadral, Vaneet Pangotra, Amit Kalsi, Mousmi Verma, Dheeraj Pal, Satika Sharma, Manjeet Kour, Shaveta, Gudeep Singh and other officials of the department.
Basketball U-14 Yrs. Girls:-
First Semi-Final:-Zone Satwari beat Zone Akhnoor by (11-2) basket
Second Semi-Final:-Zone Gandhi Nagar beat Zone Bhalwal by (15-3) basket
Final:- Zone Satwari beat Zone Gandhi Nagar by (24-2) basket
Football U-17 Yrs. Boys
1.Zone Marh beat Zone Bhalwal by (6-0) goal.
Mankarn scored 3 goals, Rajhvarsh vardhan scored 2 goals and Rohansa Choudhary scored 1 goal.
2.Zone Satwari beat Zone Gandhi Nagar by 1-0 goal.
Rehbar Malik scored 1 goal
3.Zone Akhnoor beat Zone Arnia by (7-0) goal
Arjun scored three goals, Kapisa scored 2 goal, Hari Om and Manik scored 1 goal each
4.Zone Miran Sahib beat Zone Dansal by (1-0) goal.
