Early Times Report GANDERBAL, Aug 29: Continuing the legal awareness campaign started from 24 August 2026 under the NALSA (JAGRITI) Scheme, 2025. "Empowered Youth, Stronger India", the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Ganderbal, today conducted two legal awareness programmes at Sindh Valley Educational Institute, Kangan, and Royal Public High School, Badampora, Ganderbal. The campaign is being conducted under the guidance of the Chairman, DLSA Ganderbal, Abdul Nasir, Principal District & Sessions Judge, Ganderbal, and under the supervision of the Secretary, DLSA Ganderbal, Sheikh Babar Hussain, with the objective of promoting legal literacy, awareness of rights and responsibilities, and empowering young persons and students. The programme at Sindh Valley Educational Institute, Kangan, was conducted on "Empowering Youth for Evolving Future." The session was conducted by Adv. Tariq Ahmad Raina, Member, JAGRITI Unit, who sensitised the students about the important role of youth in shaping an informed, responsible and progressive society. He emphasised the importance of education, awareness, confidence and responsible decision-making in enabling young people to contribute meaningfully towards society. |
