Reasi police seizes 69.9 grams of Ganja, one arrested 9/24/2026 10:34:49 PM Early Times Report REASI, Sept 24: In a continued drive against drug trafficking and substance abuse, Reasi Police achieved a significant success when a naka party of Police Station Katra intercepted a person at Searli Road, Katra, during the night. During checking, the naka party recovered 23 poly-pouches containing 69.9 grams of a ganja from his possession. Accordingly, FIR No. 301/2026 under Sections 8/20 of the NDPS Act was registered at Police Station Katra and the accused, identified as Rajinder Kumar S/o Sadhu Ram, R/o Ward No. 5, Main Bazar, Katra, was arrested. Further investigation is underway to ascertain the source of supply and identify other persons involved in the distribution network.
