CHANDIGARH, Sept 25: On the day two of three day POWERGRID Inter - Regional Bridge Tournament 2026 being played at Chandigarh, North Western Region (NWR) and Eastern Region-I (ER-I) have reached the finals of the Team championship by defeating Western Region-I (WR-I), 29-1 and Eastern Region-I (ER-I) ,34-16 respectively in the Semi finals of the Team Championship.
In the pairs event nine rounds were held today in which 35 pairs battled. It was a day filled with action as the players tried to outclass each other Players showcased their strategy and skill to get better off their opponents. Matches under pair event category were being played till filing of this report. |
