Dinesh Singh Chauhan steps into this prestigious faculty role with a distinguished 39-year career practicing before the Hon'ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and its subordinate courts. A cornerstone of the region's legal community, Chauhan's practical expertise spans service, corporate, insurance, and constitutional law. Key milestones of his career include: Government & Corporate Counsel: Served as Senior Panel Lawyer for premier insurance giants (National, New India, Oriental, and United India Insurance) and Standing Counsel for the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Prolific Legal Scholar: Authored vital legal references including the Manual of Taxation Laws in J&K, Manual of Labour Laws, and the Anti-Corruption Laws in J&K, alongside serving as Regional Editor for major national law journals.
