REASI, Oct 7: Reiterating its firm commitment to combating drug abuse and continuing its investigation into the illegal procurement and distribution of Pregabalin capsules, Reasi Police today intensified investigative proceedings in connection with FIR No. 312/2026, registered under Section 223 BNS at Police Station Katra and got the medical shop sealed through the competent authorities .
During the course of investigation ,while verifying the source a relevant information was received regarding the procurement of preagablin capsules from Hari Medicos, Main Chowk, Bhagtaa. Accordingly police team from Police Station Katra, accompanied by the Drug Inspector, Reasi, inspected and sealed the Medical shop in accordance with the applicable procedure and regulatory requirements.
Reasi Police remains steadfastly committed to safeguarding the lives and well-being of citizens and pilgrims and will continue to take stringent and sustained action against drug abuse, illegal procurement and illicit distribution of drugs. |
