JAMMU, Oct 23: Chenab Valley Power Projects limited organised a lecture for its employees posted at Corporate Office Jammu on the topic of "Motivation through Goal Settings" by Shri Rizwan Uddin, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner/ Chief Learning Officer, Deen Dayal Upadhayay National Academy of Social Security, New Delhi. The lecture was attended by all senior Officers and staff members who gained plenty of insight into the ways & means of keeping oneself motivated even during tough times and while facing various challenges of life and profession. The faculty highlighted the importance of setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound) Goals in our professional and personal lives to lead a happy, healthy and fulfilling life.
Manoj Kumar Verma, General Manager (HR) extended a warm welcome to the worthy faculty member in the presence of Shri Shailendra Kumar, GM (Vigilance); Shri Sanil Chandra, GM (Civil); Shri Naveen Samariya, GM Finance); Shri Suneel Kumar, GM (IT) and all Officers and staff members. Shri Rizwan Uddin, while extending thanks to MD CVPPL, Shri Ramesh Mukhiya, for giving him an opportunity to address CVPPL employees, also replied to various queries & concerns of the employees related to the Provident Funds management. He also added that the hydropower projects being developed by CVPPL in Kishtwar will play a decisive role in strengthening energy security of the nation and also contribute towards the socio-economic development of the UT of Jammu & Kashmir. |
