| Softlab PTU gets ISO 9001:2008certification | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, June 24- Adding another feather to its cap, Softlab Computer Institute Gandhi Nagar, the authorized learning centre of Punjab Technical University Jalandhar, got an ISO 9001: 2008 quality certification from an Australian body “JAS-ANZ”. With the already established high quality standards, Softlab has been pioneer in delivering high quality education with effective backend support. The norms and regulations established in Softlab are purely on the basis of total quality management systems.
Speaking to the media persons here today, Sorabh Gupta, Director Academic Affairs, said that “Getting an ISO 9001:2008” certification exhibits our commitment of maintaining ‘Total Quality Management’ systems in the Institute and would continue to raise and maintain the standards in future also in terms of providing quality education as systematic utilization of well backend support and records.
It is worthwhile to mention that Softlab has already commenced admission Session 2009 offering various PTU recognized career oriented technical & professional courses like BSCIT, BBA, BCA, PGDBM, MBA, MCA, MSCIT and their lateral entries. These Courses are UGC & DEC approved. These courses are meant for 10+2, Under Graduate as well as graduate students.
