| J&K Bank organizes ‘Rural Mass Awareness Camp’ at Chamliyal, Ramgarh | | | Early Times Report Jammu, June 25- Jammu and Kashmir Bank, as a part of its endeavor to create awareness among rural masses about the banking practices as well as facilities available, organized Rural Mass Awareness Camp at a trans- border fair in village Chamliyal (Ramgarh) today. More than one lakh people had gathered to pay obeisance at the holy Mazar of Baba Chamliy. The camp was organized under the supervision of Madan Gupta, Vice President Jammu Central. Speaking on the occasion, Vice President J&K Bank spoke about the role and commitment of bank to the socio-economic development of all the sections of the society especially un-banked areas. The people present displayed enthusiasm towards the schemes of the bank and fervently enquired about schemes like education and housing loan particularly about kissan credit and dehati credit cards. The officials from the bank gave all desired information about the bank’s schemes and facilities. Deputy Commissioner Samba, Sourav Bhagat who was the chief guest at the occasion appreciated J&K Bank for its socio-economic approach.
