| Adbi Kunj holds its literary meet | | | Early Times Report Jammu, June 26: Adbi Kunj J&K, Jammu held a multilingual short story-cum-poetic meet at its literary centre which was presided over by Satinder Singh ‘Faani’, a well known Urdu poet and writer. In the outset Sham Talib, President Adbi Kunj welcomed Mr Faani and introduced to the participants. During the short story session eminent short story writer Talib Kashmiri presented his Urdu story titled “ Gairat”, M. S. Kamra read ‘Dharkan’ Muni Lal Puri presented “Roti Agitation’ M. S. Faani read his Urdu short story “ Pahla Pyar’; Sham Talib presented his brief sketch in Urdu titled “ Sach Hon Zahar Piya Hai Mein Ney ” and K L Dubey ‘Diwana’ read his “Pradhan Mantri Naal Sawal Jawab”. This was followed by a multilingual poetic session in which the a large number of poets participated and read out their works. In the end Smt Nargis Sitara, Vice- President, Adbi Kunj while presenting vote of thanks informed that a special function would shortly be organized for releasing “ Shinakht-e-Gul” a short story collection in Urdu by Sh. Talib Kashmiri and “ Percetions “ a poetic collection in English by Maharaj Krishen , for which intimation would be given in due course.
