| Court ask Home Secretary to produce Yasin Malik | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 26: In a much publicized case of kidnapping of Dr. Rubiya Sayed and killing of five air force personnel, Presiding Officer of TADA Court today directed state Home Secretary to produce Mohammed Yaseen Malik, if he is in house arrest. Court also directed Superintendent District Jail Udhampur to produce Rafiq alias Nanaji who was allegedly lodged in said jail and also issued non-bail able warrants against Wajahat Bashir. These directions were passed by the Court as some of the accused were not present when the case was taken up for hearing today. JNF
