| Corruption charges against KV official | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 26: Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu BL Bhat today framed corruption charges against Gandharb Chand Rajgotra then Upper Division Clerk/ Cashier, Kendriya Vidyalaya Miran-Shaib Jammu for misusing government money.
During the period from December 13, 1999 to January 6, 2003 when accused was posted as cashier in the said Kendriya Vidyalaya misused Rs 47339. A case u/s 409/477-A RPC and 5(2) r/w section 5(1) (c) of J&K PC Act 2006 was registered against the accused. Court directed the prosecution to adduce evidence on August 12, 2009. JNF
