| Two Amarnath pilgrims die of cariac arrest | | | Early Times Report Srinagar, June 26: Two more Amarnath pilgrims died after their 'darshan' of the naturally formed ice-Shivlingam near the cave shrine, official sources said here today. The two yatris suffered a massive cardiac arrest near the shrine after their darshan. They were immediately rushed to a nearby medical camp where they were declared as brought dead. Police said details about their names and addresses were awaited. With this, a total of 6 pilgrims have died since the commencement of the pilgrimage from Batal from June 17. On June 17, a landslide on Baltal Cave route killed a local porter and injured another while a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) died due to heart attack on way to Sheshnag for duty last week.
