| Army organizes Summer Camp | | |

A Children Summer Adventure Camp was org by 18 Field Ammunition Depot under the aegis of 21 Sub Area for children of Pathankot station in the picturesque surroundings of Dharamshala and Mc Leodganj from Jun 26 -30.
Defence spokesperson said the camp was flagged off by Brig KK Roy Choudhury, VSM, Cdr 21 Sub Area on 26 Jun 09. A total of 69 children including 20 girls took part in this summer camp. Host of activities included trekking, rock climbing, sight seeing, mountaineering and visit to historic places like Bhagsunag temple, Dalai Lama temple, Kangra Art Museum and Norbulingka Institute made children to enjoy every moment of the camp. The children presented cultural program with great enthusiasm on the valedictory day i.e. on June 30 at Kiran Auditorium in Pathankot before their dispersal. They were also given attractive prizes and certificates.
