| Punto arrives to hit Jammu roads | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 2: Fiat India Automobiles and Tata motors today unveiled its latest offering in the premium hatchback segment the Grande Punto in the city of temples.
The car arouses strong emotions with its sleek, aggressive lines and conveys an impression of elegance and compactness. Addressing the media persons after the launch of Punto, Chander Gulati, managing director, National Garage, the authorized dealer, said that the car is agile and probably delivers the most enjoyable drive in its segment. This brilliance is derived from the state of the art FIRE (Fully Integrated Robotized Engine) with combine superb performance with low fuel consumption. To add to it, these engines are also environment friendly and Euro 4 ready.
He further said that Grande Punto will be available with two petrol engine (1.2 and 1.4 fire) and one diesel (1.3 multiget) and added that it comes loaded with features and will be available in three versions known as Active, Dynamic and Emotion for both the petrol and diesel variants. Bharat Amla, Dy. General Manager, said that the car comes in 6 electrifying colors Bossa Nova White, Exotica Red and Electric Blue and is priced between 4.07 lac and 6.19 lac.
He further added that many enquires about Grand Punto have already started and are expecting more will follow in the coming time. This car was launched on 25th June in rest of India and today in J&K.
