| | | Early Times Report Jammu, July 3: An amount of Rs 14,550 was realized as fine from milk vendors at various entry points in the city by checking team of the Jammu municipality corporation during checking. As per press release action was taken on the complaints of general public that un-wholesome milk is being supplied by the milk sellers, beside their were reports of synthetic milk being transported from outside state to Jammu,. In addition to the JMC enforcement wing also made drive against encroachment and issued warning to rahri-walas. Veterinary officer also undertook a drive to curb the menace of stray animals and visited the areas like, Vikram Chowk, Narwal, Channi Himmat, Sainik Colony, Trikuta Nagar, Rehari, Janipur and lifted 9 animals during the drive.
