| Ruling on homosexuals flayed | | |

Jammu, July 3: Samaj Kalyan Kandra (SKK) has criticized the ruling of Delhi High Court declaring section 377 of Panel code as ultra virus of the constitution and against equality of law and declaring that homosexual relations among adult males with mutual consent.
The president SKK Inderjeet Khajuria has said that legally allowing homosexuality will lead to spread of immorality in the society. Sex relations between man and a man and woman are an unnatural act, against the Indian culture. It hurts the religious and traditional sensitivities of the people of all the religion. He has appealed to the union government and the social organizations to appeal in the supreme court of India against this.
