Khajuria demands college at Chenani

Udhampur, July 3: Student community belonging to tehsil Chenani are facing lot of problems in getting admission in college at Udhampur and Jammu after passing their secondary education said, ex- minister Yashpaul Khajuria while addressing a block congress committee workers meeting here today. He said as such the government should take steps to open a degree college at Chenani along with an ITI institute, which is the urgent need of the time. He said due to non-availibility of these institution student face problems.
MLA, Krishan Chander Bhagat who presided over the meeting said that improvement should be made in supply of drinking water and un-interrupted electric supply in the constituency. He also demanded improvement of roads and road link between Lathi Dhuni- Dudu, Basant Garh and Patnitop Sudh Mahadev.
