| ASN school organizes ‘Guru Vandana Chhatra Abhinandan’ programme | | |

Jammu, Aug 18: A day long programme on ‘Guru Vandana Chhatra Abhinandan’ was organized by the management of ASN. Higher Secondary School in collaboration with Bharat Vikas Parishad here today. The programme was attended by more than 300 students including 20 teachers. On the occasion students were also awarded for their outstanding performance, Vikas Kaul of Class 12th, Imran Khan of class 11th, Akansha Raj of class 10th, Vivek Saprro of class 8th, Diksha Ganjoo of class 7th and Simran Bhardwaj class 6th.
Speaking on the occasion, Ritesh Kapoor highlighted the importance of the celebration of such a day. He said today in the era of change, everybody is moving away form his social responsibilities and not only adopting the western culture but also forgetting own cultural heritage. He welcomed the members of Bharat Vikas Parishad for showing their contribution in creating awareness amongst the students about Indian Culture and also their responsibilities towards the society as well as the Nation at large.
