Early Times Report Srinagar, Sept 18- The Governor, Mr. N. N. Vohra, has greeted the people on the commencement of holy Navratras and prayed for communal harmony, brotherhood, peace, progress and prosperity in Jammu and Kashmir. In a message of greetings, the Governor said that the Navratras have an added significance in Jammu and Kashmir, as over three lakh devotees pay obeisance at the holy Shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi during this period. The Governor said that the commencement of the Navratras is also marked by the beginning of a grand festival at Katra, the base camp of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine, which, interalia, showcases the glorious traditions of the composite cultural ethos of the State.
