| Privilege Notice to Chief Editor of North lines | | | SRINAGAR/JAMMU: The Jammu & Kashmir Assembly has issued a breach privilege notice to the chief Editor of English Daily The North lines, for carrying a news item captioned, 'Best Legislator' Vs Upright Principal.
The chief editor of the North lnes has been asked to respond to the notice by presenting himself on March 29 at 2 pm in the office chambers of Speaker ,'' sources said.
According to sources,the notice,under no LA-2945-46,dated 26-3-2010 was served to the Chief editor of North lines on March 26 through information department , after the breach of priviladge notice given by Harash Dev Singh MLA against the chief editor of daily The North Lines Jammu for its news item captioned Best Legislator' Vs Upright Principal carried by it on March 25,2010
The notice said that speaker while examing the notice has sought the presence of chief editor Daily English, newspaper on March 29 at 2 pm.
