| Art of Living organises Bhajan Sandhya | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, May 14: A bhajan sandhaya was organised by the Art of Living Jammu chapter at Channi Himmat today.
Shalini and Srinivas, a renowned husband-wife artist duo, who have been regaling the Jammu city with their performance for the last few days, once again mesmerized the audience with their bhajans.
The entire audience could be seen enthusiastically enjoying the performance of the celebrated artists.
Many in the crowd could not resist dancing in the glory of the God to the tune of melodious bhajans.
The event was organised in Sri Sri Ravishanker Park in Sector 3 of Channi Himmat.
This park has been developed on an otherwise barren land by the Art of Living followers and residents of Sector 3 of Channi Himmat under the "Mission Green Earth" of the Art of Living.
Shalini and Srinivas also planted a sapling on the occasion and exhorted the people to plant trees so as to mitigate the effect of global warming.
Earlier in the day, a satsang was organised at NITS College, Miran Sahib by the renowned couple, which was attended besides the students and teachers of the college. people of Miran Sahib and its surrounding villages also attended the programme.
As a part of Sri Sri Week, a Bhajan Sandhaya will be organised tomorrow at Kathua.
