Udhampur, May 14: A deputation of Badola villagers led by Local MLA Balwant Singh met additional SP Udhampur demanding arrest of father of accused Shahnaz involved in death of local Girl few days back and removal of SHO Rehmbal for unprovked Lathi charge upon peaceful people of area who had assembled to mourn the death of a local girl who died mysteriously few days back.
ASP had given patient hearing to deputation assured action with in one week time Meanwhile PDP district president Sukh Dev Sharma has today filled a complaint under section 200 CRPC against SHO Rehmbal Raj Kumar Sharma for alleged murderous attack upon him when he was going to mourn the death of a school girl Neeru in Badola village.PDP leader has filed a case in the court of CJM Udhampur with the prayer action against SHO Rehmbal under law .Alleging murderous attack upon him Sharma has demanded inquiry in entire episode and removal od sho from post.
