JAMMU: A man today arrested for allegedly abducting and then outraging the modesty of a teenage girl at Dharamkot near Billawar in Kathua. olice said Mohammad Ramzan kidnapped a 13-year-old girl at Dharamkot in the morning and took her to the nearby forest area where he allegedly raped her.
After the girl returned home, she narrated the incident to her parents. Police said on the complaint of her parents, police had registered a rape case against the accused.
