| Plot to kill accomplice foiled,two hardcore criminals arrested | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 21: Satwari Police arrested two hardcore criminal which were on way to kill their other companion and recovered two sharp edged weapons(Tokas) from their possession.Identified as Puran Chand alias Labba son of Rattan Chand resident of Chattha Mill and Rajesh Kumar alias Sony son of Jagdish Raj resident of Narwal Pain, both the accused hatched conspiracy to kill their companion Jarnal Singh alias Khatta alias Jarnala resident Chatha and was on way to execute work when they were caught hold off by a police team led by SHO Satwari Bishnesh Kumar and SI Paramjeet Singh. Giving information police sources said that during their interrogation both the accused confessed their crime.Trio was hardcore criminal and are involved in number of criminal activities including chain snatchings and assault. Conflict over property within the group is the reason behind the incident, police sources said.A case under section 3/25 arms act has been registered against the accused.
