Ex-CRPF cop's son held for LeT links | | | Early Times Report RAJOURI, May 22: The son of ex-CRPF cop Mohammad Khaliq was today arrested by security forces from his residence at Thera Topa in Poonch for his alleged links with Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT). Khaliq was already in police custody for allegedly helping LeT militants active in and around Thera Topa. He was arrested on May 19 last when acting on intelligence inputs that he had given shelter to three LeT militants, police and army had raided his residence. 11 detonators, 300 gm RDX and 10 safety fuses were recovered by the raiding party from his house. Police sources said Khaliq's interrogation today led security forces to the arrest of his son Mohammad Zubair. Sources said on May 19, Zubair had helped the three militants to escape from their house before the police and army raid. His sustained interrogation was on, the sources added.
