| Gul inaugurates 10th NZ Carrom championship | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, May 23: Advisor to Chief Minister Mubarak Gul inaugurated the 10th All India North Zone Carrom Championship at Sher-i- Kashmir Indoor sports complex today various teams from Haryana Delhi, Chandigarh, H.P, Pujab, Utteranchal and host Jammu and Kashmir participated in the Championship.
An Exhibition match was played between Chief Guest, Mubarak Gul and G. M. Shaheen who was guest of Honour.
Later Championship was declared open by the Chief Guest Final match will be held on 25th May at 4.00 Pm.
Secretary General Carrom Federation of India, V. D. Narayan, joint secretary, Bashir Ahmad Member sports Council, G. M. Baba sports Office, Avtar Singh President Carrom Association, Firdous Ahmad Khan General secretary J&K Carrom Association and Bakshi Organizing Secretary were present on the occasion.
