| Jora felicitates IAS topper | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, May 23: Minister for Tourism and Culture Nowang Rigzin Jora today said that Ladakhi students Union is playing a pivotal role in strengthening the unity among various section of Ladakh region in particular and creating an atmosphere of brotherhood and communal harmony with the people of the State in general. The Minister was addressing a scintillating function of Ladakhi students here today, convened to felicitate Dr. Shah Faisal for his remarkable success in recent IAS examination. Congratulating Dr. Faisal, Jora said that Dr. Faisal would prove a torch bearer and role model for the students of the State so that they too succeed in their ventures in future.
