JAMMU, May 24: To carry out the stringing of conductor of 132 KV D/C Barn- Siot- Kalakote Transmission Line, the power supply to Maira, Mandarian, Kathar, Techanwan, Tanda, Gandarva, Barui Carda, Snail and PHE installation of Tanda block shall remain affected on May 25 and 26, 2010 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Meanwhile, to carry out urgent work on 33 KV Akhnoor-Ranjan line emanating from G/Stn. Akhnoor, the power supply to Sarote, Rabta, Mathwar and Ranjan Lift Irrigation shall remain affected on May 25, 2010 from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
According to Chief Engineer M&RE Wing Jammu, the shut down shall be subject to fair weather conditions.
